Oops, sorry. After I sent out last month’s newsletter, the script I use to do so went pear-shaped and I had to restore from a backup. I spent ages getting subscribers and unsubscriptions right again afterwards, but I forgot all about the newsletter’s links. So now they’re all bust. Oops.
Let’s see, where were they all?
- A great quotation from Tao of Psychology
- The qualities of Hexagram 5
- About a free tarot reading
- And the one on readings with no changing lines
On the subject of disappearing things, I am still here, really. First the letters k, l and m stopped working on my laptop’s keyboard (or on y aptop’s eyboard, as it would have said). I got a freestanding external keyboard and balanced it on top of the old one. Then the computer started powering down at random intervals with a forlorn little sighing noise – which is Not Helpful if you’re in the middle of reading for someone at the time. So I took the hint and ordered a new computer, which arrived on the very day that the external keyboard packed up completely as well. Then spent a long and interesting time trying to persuade the new (Vista) computer to communicate over the network to transfer my data, and then found that my right wrist protesting all that typing at a weird angle on the external keyboard, so once I’d finally got all the stuff over here I couldn’t type anyway.
Go on, someone mention the Mercury retrograde. I don’t need to know anything about astrology to know when they are: every time I need to re-install Windows or change computers.
More I Ching articles soon, I promise.
