The Modern Poet’s I Ching, by Thom Williams
Short poems and commentaries for the hexagrams and lines. One for the collection?
(For breathtaking poetry for each hexagram, I recommend Karen Holden’s Book of Changes. Amazing.)

Just have to say, I love the Modern Poet’s I Ching! I’ve been using for years now. It’s spot on, and I’ve found it really useful. Thank you!
any chance you still use Thom William’s Poet’s I Ching?
Hi,
I find what I’ve read from this book an interesting and different point of view, but this link doesn’t work anymore, does anybody know if is possible to find it online somewhere else?
thanks!
Lucia
This is one of my favorites. More than poetry, his wording has shed light on many hexagram throws that puzzled me. Many thanks to the website owner for maintaining this copy.
The website is throwing a 403 error, but I found a snapshot on the Internet Archive:

A thousand thank you’s for this link EmMacha ~ this is an important read for me and losing the access was disheartening ~ I hope to find a copy to purchase but can’t seem to find Mr. Williams’ work available as of yet!
does anyone have any link or reference to Thom Williams of the “Poet’s I Ching?”
Such a wonderful spirit and human being… yet I can find no information about him. Anyone?
Hello. Thom Williams was one of my high school teachers and I’ve been using this tool since he started it. Sadly, he passed away years ago. I’m glad this resource is still available. I’ve been using a different site to toss the coins then referring to his rendition of the ansers. He was a brilliant, inspiring teacher.
