I have been reading a lot of different articles lately and a concurrent theme is that of congruence. Without it, not a lot is possible in the way of achievement. Like the Las Vegas slot machines, you don't win the jackpot unless there is congruence in all the boxes. When the heart, mind and body all line up in agreement...bingo! And I guess a healthy acceptance/acknowledgement of where one (honestly) stands in all these areas is the first step to getting them all in sync.
